Returns/Refunds:
If you wish to return any item from our standard product line, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, exluding shipping costs. All returned items must be in new, unwashed condition, and must include original packaging.
Custom orders and personalized products are one-of-a-kind items that have been tailor-made to your specifications, and cannot be returned.
Please note: since all Dillyhearts products are handcrafted, each item is a unique creation. Products may appear slightly different than the images viewed on our site due to pattern placement on the fabric and the color/resolution variances that occur when viewing photos online.
