Fraud:
We check all orders very carefully and do not ship orders until payment is cleared or authorized. Generally, we require all orders are shipped to the same address as that associated with the credit card. We also impose additional methods to prevent fraud with the latest technology available associated with online shopping. In addition, when you place an order your IP address, date, and time is collected. An IP address can be tracked to the computer used to place the order.
Gift wrap:
Gift wrap is available for most items for an additional $3.95 and includes a chocolate brown gift box, coordinating satin ribbon, and a handmade gift tag with your personal message. Products that can be gift wrapped will offer the option at the bottom of the item page.
Payment Options & Transaction Currency:
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. Transaction currency is in U.S. dollars.
Personalization:
Many of our products can be personalized with a name. If available, the option to add personalization will be listed in the product order section. Click here for more information.
Privacy and Security: Your privacy is very important to us. We do not distribute your personal information to third parties for any purpose. We appreciate your interaction with us and we are committed to protect your personal information as we would our own. If you are using Paypal, Paypal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using Paypal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.

Dillyhearts uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data during transmission. SSL ensures that communication, personal information is not tampered with during transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from you making it virtually impossible to tamper with. The information is unreadable should anyone try to intercept it.
Product Care:
Bibs & burp cloths: 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Stains should be pre-treated for best results. Fasten Velcro strips together to prevent snagging other laundry items.
Minkee blankets: 100% polyester. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low or dry flat. Do not iron
Dilly Dresses: 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Warm iron.
Onezies: 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Warm iron if desired.
Play aprons:
cotton aprons: Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Iron if desired.
laminated aprons: Wipe off with damp cloth as needed.
Toddler pillows:
minkee & fleece pillowcases: 100% polyester. Machine wash warm, tumble dry low or dry flat. Do not iron.
cotton pillowcases: 100% cotton. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low. Warm iron if desired.
pillow forms: Machine wash delicate, cool. Tumble dry low or air dry.
Tooth fairy pillows: spot clean only
Returns/Refunds:
We would like you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If, however, you wish to return any item from our standard product line, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, exluding shipping costs. All returned items must be in new, unwashed condition, and must include original packaging.
Custom orders and personalized products are one-of-a-kind items that have been tailor-made to your specifications, and cannot be returned.
Please note: since all Dillyhearts products are handcrafted, each item is a unique creation. Products may appear slightly different than the images viewed on our site due to pattern placement on the fabric, and color/resolution variances from monitor to monitor.
Sales tax:
Sales tax will be charged to all orders shipped within Washington state. Sales tax rate is determined by shipping address, and will be adjusted when your order is processed.
Shipping Timeline:
Most items are made-to-order and are shipped within 1 week, excluding Sundays and holidays. Custom orders and personalized items will ship within 1-3 weeks depending on volume.
Shipping Method:
We ship most orders Priority Mail via USPS incurring the following flat rate shipping and handling charges. Pricing may change due to Post Office pricing increases. Orders that include more than one pillow may be incur a shipping surcharge due to increased package weight and volume, or may instead be shipped parcel post at our discretion.
